Serving the Outer Banks Community

An open-hearted, open-minded parish of the Episcopal Diocese of East Carolina

ABOUT THE CHURCH

All Saints' Episcopal Church seeks to build community in the generous spirit of the Good News of Christ Risen and to expand the capacity of the Episcopal Church to reach those who do not know the reconciling love of God in Christ Jesus. As the mission of the Church is to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ, All Saints' Episcopal Church aims to worship God and to reach out and nurture hope by seeking and serving the saints of God.

Who Exactly Is "The Black Madonna?"

DINNER & DISCUSSION: The evening will highlight one parishioner’s experience(s) of “The Black Madonna.” Marcia Brooks, a retired teacher of exceptional children, has consulted with Deacon Dr. Joanna Seibert, a good friend of All Saints’ Church, in reviewing the place of Mary, Mother of Jesus, in Episcopal love and lore—and her appearances across several cultures as The Black Madonna. We plan to finish at 7:45 p.m. Sign up in the narthex to reserve a spot. This month’s meal is potluck.

Coming in June: The Return of Rabbi Michael Panitz

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Thanks, Volunteers!

We have people lined up for our upcoming dates, May 2 and May 16. If you would also like to help, contact Bob Baldwin at (240) 385-5261. Thanks, again!

Have you updated your parish record?

Thanks if you have updated your record. This is especially helpful if you have moved or perhaps dropped that landline number. Any other changes? You can note them on the info sheet.

Get your copy in the narthex or call the church office and we'll email a form for you to fill out.

Thanks!
